CareMile
CareMile.org offers a way for people to easily apply for a health subsidy. Consent to receive SMS from CareMile.org is obtained through user opt-in, and consent is not required to purchase any services.
Program Description Updates:
CareMile.org facilitates seamless continuation and completion of applications by providing timely notifications and reminders to users. These notifications may include prompts for unfinished application segments, new questions, and status updates on applications.
This program is a standard-rate SMS initiative by CareMile, with message frequency dependent on user interaction, and standard message and data rates may apply.

Terminating the Service
By You. You may terminate any of the Services or subscriptions at any time by texting STOP to any inbound message or Replying stop to any message you have received. By CareMile. You agree that CareMile, at its sole discretion, may at any time terminate your use of all or any portion of the Services and/or change its content offering made available through the Services, if CareMile believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with this Agreement. You agree that CareMile shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Services.
Frequency of Messaging
Message frequency varies.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
